The Division of Human Resources is committed to providing the University with high-quality and efficient human resource services that support the University in attracting, retaining and nurturing faculty and staff of highest calibre. Division of Human Resources focuses on recruitment, appointment, promotion, benefits, and administration of personnel matters and faculty and staff training and development. It is currently divided into seven centers: Resource Allocation and Management Center , Talent Recruitment and Development Center , Personnel Services Center ,Teacher Promotion and Training Center , Retirees Center, General Affairs Office and Division of Teacher Affairs (co-working). With the University's Vision and Mission Statement as a backdrop, our human resource policies are highlighted as:

1 .To attract and retain of talents so as to enhance the University's excellence as a leading international university;

2. To safeguard of faculty and staff benefits packages;

3. To manage of an effective performance review system to ensure that achievement is duly recognized and rewarded;
